MGRS (I know it’s not MM, but it’s treated like MM)
OK, long story short, I was diagnosed with MGRS in 2021. Had a ACST and have been on maintenance since (Velcade and Darzalex). Went to the doctor today and he recommended CAR-T. Heard a lot about CAR-T for MM, but never for MGRS. I was wondering if ANYONE else has gone through this therapy or have heard of an MGRS patient having this done. All responses would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

How does everyone deal with the fatigue?
I'm 35 male who was diagnosed on 7/5/2025. Had ASCT on 3/16 and still battling fatigue. I seem fine on days when I'm out and about and doing stuff but when trying to work my office job from home will notice I will randomly fall asleep which obviously isn't ideal to maintain a job haha. Curious if this is what I can expect for the rest of my life or gets better. Currently on a break from all treatment but will start back on 7/14 with Dara/Rev. Dread that adding to the fatigue as well.

Balancing Kaiser and VA Care: Anyone Else?
AI-generated title
I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente for years and have elected to receive my oncology care there. However, there are some definite financial advantages to also have a relationship with the VA so I have a PCP and a relationship with oncologists in both places. Does anyone else find themselves in a similar situation?
