Overview

Discover the restorative power of the natural world in our upcoming webinar focused on healing and renewal. Led by oncology social worker Robyn Tibert, MDIV, MSW, LCSW, OSW-C, this session dives into the evidence-based science of nature therapy (ecotherapy) and its profound impact on cancer care. Attendees will explore how intentional time in nature can significantly reduce cortisol levels, ease anxiety, and support emotional and spiritual healing during and after cancer treatment. Whether you are a patient or a caregiver, this webinar will illuminate how the environment around us can be leveraged as a powerful tool for holistic clinical support and resilience.

Beyond the scientific data, Robyn will provide practical, actionable advice to help you maximize your time outdoors, tailored to accommodate varying energy levels and mobility. From simple mindfulness exercises under a canopy of trees to creative ways to bring the healing elements of the outdoors inside, you will leave with accessible strategies to integrate nature-based interventions into your daily routine. Join us to learn how to cultivate peace, find grounding amidst life's changes, and intentionally connect with the natural world to support your well-being. Register today to secure your spot!
