Hi, I'm Dr. Shambhuvi Richard. I'm Associate Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. I have a poster at this meeting on a first in human antibody drug conjugate called HDP101. This is a phase 1-2-8 trial to assess the maximum tolerated dose or recommended phase 2 dose of this drug. So an ADC, an antibody drug conjugate, recognizes a target on the myeloma cell called BCMA. It's linked to a synthetic payload called amanitin. This is a cell poison that basically is the component of this agent that kills the myeloma cell. It has been found in preclinical studies against myeloma cell lines to be cytotoxic or effective in killing myeloma cells even at low densities of BCMA expression. In the earlier dose levels, the first several dose levels, the drug was found to be quite safe and tolerable. Now that we are getting into the higher dose levels, the drug is being shown to be quite effective as well. At a dose of 100 micrograms per kilogram, we had a 50% response rate and one patient in fact continues at over 19 months of therapy with a complete remission. So this drug has good potential and we are continuing to accrue on this trial. We are now at 140 micrograms per kilogram. One of the things that was found with this drug was at the higher dose levels when it was given at its initial planned every three week dosing, it did have a profound impact on the platelet count and some liver function test abnormalities as well. So to mitigate this, the subsequent courts are testing the drug to be given with pre-medication and in split level dosing. And what we are finding with this is that the pharmacokinetics are remaining consistent, at the same time these risks are being mitigated by these maneuvers. So it is now being tested with these split level dosing with pre-medication at higher dose levels and we will continue to monitor the progress of this drug with great interest.
