Hi, my name is Thanos Dimopoulos. I work at the National Capodistrian University of Athens, in Athens, Greece, at the Department of Clinical Therapeutics, and I have a particular interest in plasma cell dyscrasias. In this ASHA 2025 meeting, I presented data regarding the combination of an anti-BCMA by specific monoclonal antibody, Levonseltamab, in combination with anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies, either daratumumab or isatuximab. This combination was given to heavily pretreated patients with maltymyeloma, who had been exposed and refractory to multiple class of agents. We observed responses which were higher than 80% with the combination, indicating that there may be a synergism between Levonseltamab and either daratumumab or isatuximab. The issue of infection is a concern, so we try to mitigate infections by administering intravenous immunoglobulin preemptively, by administering prophylactic antibiotics, antivirals and antifungal agents, and also by giving Levonseltamab less often when the patient have achieved a response.
