Hello, I am Claudio Cercione, working in Istituto Romagnolo per lo Stoio dei Tumori di Namadori, located in Meldore, northern part of Italy. At IHCA 2025 in Milan, the therapeutic and diagnostic revolution in multiple moments is going to continue. We have seen outstanding data in frontline and relapsed refractory setting. I think that considering the improvements in survival and quality of life for our patients, we have also to underline that there are some subsets in which we are not being able to cover our medical needs. And I am particularly proud to be here presenting the author of Preamble Subanalysis in L'Enalidomide Refractory Patients, in which the outcome is unfortunately not so incredible like in other settings. And particularly this subanalysis shows not only the worse outcome compared with other patients that don't achieve the refractory L'Enalidomide, but particularly the sequencing after this drug that is in this moment in our real world not so enthusiastic. So I think that we have to consider also this, particularly when we start new trials, we have to consider that we need to concentrate on patients that in this moment have the worse outcome. And I think that L'Enalidomide Refractory Patients is something where we have to investigate with the subanalysis also in the new ongoing trial with novel drugs, particularly with the specific antibodies and the CAR-T. I think we need a dedicated approach. We need a dedicated subanalysis in order to cover this important medical need. This is something that we need to in some way fulfill if we want to arrive to the cure of multiple meloma. That is the best wish that I give to our patients, to their caregivers and to all meloma researchers. Thank you for your attention.
