Hi, my name is Krina Patel and I am a myeloma physician and researcher at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, and I am actually at EHA right now.

Really excited to share our data tomorrow for a poster for a new CAR-T that's called ARLO-Cel.

It has a name now, so this is a CAR T-cell therapy that actually goes after a different target than what any of our other CAR-Ts for myeloma go after.

So historically, all our myeloma CAR-Ts use the target BCMA or B-cell maturation antigen to find the myeloma and kill it.

And now, because we have a new target called GPRC5D, we have a CAR-T that can also go after GPRC5D and we've had some great data with the phase one study where patients have had really high response rates above 80%.

Even for patients that have had prior BCMA therapy, up to 95% for patients who are naive for BCMA therapy.

And we've seen some, you know, really, really, good responses.

And so now we have a phase two study called the quintessential study, which is what I'm here to present. It's a trial in progress.

So we don't have data as of yet, but it's currently ongoing.

And hopefully in the next year or so, we'll actually get more data.

And again, this is a pivotal study, meaning that it's for FDA approval.

So hopefully if everything goes well and the data looks good, we'll actually get a new CAR-T that's a standard of care.

Again, that goes after a novel target GPRC4D.

The interesting stuff that we've seen is that we don't see the same side effects to the same level, that maybe some of our bispecific against GPRC5D.

So in terms of the taste changes or nail changes, we are evaluating other toxicities like CRS and neurotoxic and maybe some other neuro toxicities that with CAR-T as we see.

But in general, it's been really safe.

And our patients have done really well so far.

And we're really excited about it.
