Hello, I'm Dr. Jay Hadron, the Senior Director of Clinical Research here at Health Tree. We had a poster presentation here at ASH 2024 on the satisfaction and experiences of patients on a biospecific called Telketamab, which has a unique target. And what was really important about the study was we interviewed patients one-on-one and in a focus group about their side effect experience. The end result of the study was that patients felt that they could really stay on treatment, but they did need to do a few common easy to do things to be able to survive the side effects and stay on the treatment. And it was very doable for the patients. There are two major areas of side effects that patients talked about. One was skin and nail changes, which they all said were quite mild and didn't cause any pain and were very tolerable. The other area was changes in their mouth. They had a decreased sense of taste and some even lost this sense of taste. And this resulted in a decrease in the salivation while eating, which led to difficulties with swallowing and maintaining adequate nutrition. The real outcome of this study, which we'll do a longer talk on, is a table of very practical things that patients could do to stay on this therapy. And we're really proud that here we got that out to the larger community. So patients that are starting this therapy or thinking about it know what to expect and it can find ways to overcome these side effects with these side effects solutions. If you're interested in more side effects solutions at Health Tree, we have a side effects solution finder where you can not only find possible solutions, but other fellow patients like you have rated them as working, no change or didn't work. So thank you very much for contributing to Health Tree Cure Hub. If you haven't already, invite you to it. We're really advancing care for patients here at Health Tree and hope that as you see additional surveys and study invites that you consider participating.
