My name is Amit Agarwal and I'm the Chief Medical Officer of Hematology at B1 Medicines. It's a great pleasure to talk a little bit about Synrotoclax, which is our next generation BCL2 inhibitor that is in development right now. At this meeting for the first time, we're showing results in a relapsed refractory mantle cell lymphoma patient population. So this is a population where we're treating patients who have exhausted for the most part all of the available treatments for these patients. And in this heavily pretreated group of patients, we have seen a 53% response rate and a 15.8 month durable DOR or duration of response. So we're very excited about these results because again, this is a disease area where huge unmet need and having this Synrotoclax as a potential option will be an important choice for patients and their physicians. In addition to this, I'm also very excited about our update on the Xanabrutinib and Synrotoclax combination in patients with treatment IEF CLL. One piece of data to just point out here is our MRD kinetics. So we measure how quickly patients achieve an undetectable MRD rate in this particular study and what we have seen so far are really unprecedented results in terms of the speed of achieving that MRD undetectable rate. And so I encourage everybody to check out our poster and check out our oral presentation as well. If our videos have helped you in any way and you're able to, please consider making a donation to help us continue this important work. Your gift will go three times as far when we reach $500,000 by the end of the year. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference and we're deeply grateful for your support.
