I am Dr. Fabio Ficaeschi, I am the chair of the working party of quality of life of the Italian group for rheumatologic disease. In this hash we presented an abstract looking at 170 patients with aggressive B-cell lymphoma treated in real life with CAR T cell therapy. What we have seen is that during the first month this patient actually have major impairment in terms of quality of life, major problem in terms of fatigue, physical functioning. But the good point, the very positive message is that over time starting from 6 months up to 12 months they recover pretty well. We have seen outstanding clinical meaningful improvement with regard to activity, daily living, pain and so this is a reassuring message for the patient. Of course during the first month it's a critical moment so physician should pay special attention in this period but afterwards things are improving. What we have also seen for example is that we know that CAR T cell provides some neurotoxicity but in this study we didn't find any impairment in terms of cognitive functioning as reported by patient and cell.
