I'm Alfred Chung. I'm from the University of California, San Francisco. So the phase three Ariga study was a study that looked at randomization of patients with MRD-positive disease after autologous stem cell transplant and induction with a CD38-free regimen. What the study showed is that patients who had daratumum ablenalidomide attained deeper rates of remissions with higher rates of MRD-negativity, more sustained MRD-negativity as well. And this analysis of the data here at ASH, we looked at kind of the rates of sustained MRD-negativity, and we know that this translates the longest time that patients can be in remission. We found that daratumum ablenalidomide led to almost tenfold the rates of these deep sustained MRD-negativities. And so this translates to the fact that the CD38 antibodies are very, very active against multiple myeloma, and when used either in induction or in maintenance, they can lead to these deeper rates of MRD-negativity and prevent it from coming up. So we also looked at MRD recurrences, which is when the disease starts to come up at a very low level, and we found that daratumum ablenalidomide was able to prevent that from happening at low percentages compared to with just the standard of care lenalidomide alone. So I think overall this all supports the use of daratumum ablenalidomide as maintenance in multiple myeloma.
