Event Description
Join us for a guided chair yoga session tailored for cancer patients of all mobility levels. This class will focus on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mindful movement to help increase mobility, ease tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and resilience.

Speakers & Moderators
Hannah joined HealthTree Foundation as the Lymphoma Education Manager in 2024. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and is passionate about helping patients feel empowered through education and connection. Before joining HealthTree, Hannah worked in healthcare policy helping patients advocate for better care, research, and funding. Hannah enjoys baking and going to concerts in her free time.
Jeff Abram was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in August of 2018. He had a bone marrow transplant at Roswell Park, Buffalo NY in December 2018. During the months of July and September, he finished his 200 hours of yoga teacher classes under Bhavani Maki. He now teaches yoga and has improved his lifestyle through yoga. He wants to help as many of his fellow brothers and sisters who have this disease realize this disease doesn’t have us. ALOHA!
