Connect With Blood Cancer Patients In Your Community
Connect to Cures is an in-person event for blood cancer patients and their families.
It brings together patients, loved ones, local healthcare experts, a resource fair, and a program led by the HealthTree team for a day focused on connection, education, and support.
This event is designed to acknowledge how overwhelming blood cancer care can be, normalize gaps in access and information, and empower you as an active decision-maker in your care. Our goal is to provide doable solutions to help close those gaps, support you in understanding new and evolving therapies available to you, connect you with others who share similar disease experiences, and help you leave with an actual plan and meaningful support you can use.
Last year, we hosted Connect to Cures in 10 cities, bringing together more than 500 blood cancer patients and families. This year, we’re expanding to 10 new cities.
