Experiencing Rising Light Chains, No M-Spike?

I'd like to know what vaccinations post CAR-T your center is giving and when as I understand most antibodies are lost since the CAR-Ts can't tell the normal from abnormal plasma cells. Please identify which CAR-T you had as well. TYIA.
