Hello my name is Farah Chebaro my dad has been diagnosed with Myelofibrosis stage 3/4 on April 30/2024. He has been diagnosed with RAR-ST 6 years ago and now the disease has progressed. He started Jakafi 2 months ago but he is extremely anemic and needs blood every few days. The dr suggested that we provide him with Momelotinib 200 mg. The medicine hasn’t been approved yet at the country we live in and I need help or recommendations where I can get him the medication.
