Event Description

The Southern California Myeloma Community Chapter is pleased to welcome Todd Foster, Head of Product for HealthTree for an interactive conversation on how to unleash the power of Cure Hub to benefit individual patients and the overall myeloma community. This conversation is aligned with our ongoing focus on the #CureinFive Initiative Through a real-time demonstration and Q&A session members will understand the individual benefits including comprehensive, patient-friendly tracking of your myeloma treatment plan, personalized, expert-recommended treatment options, customized clinical trial finder, side effect “solutions” and more. In addition, we will discuss how Cure Hub can accelerate research towards a cure- a goal we all share!

Registered participants will also receive access to additional support in building and/or updating their Cure Hub profile.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, in remission or relapse there will be content and conversation that will be relevant to you. Thanks for joining this chapter and continuing to build and strengthen our SoCal Myeloma Community!
