Event Description

Start the new season with us as we share tips on how to make successful goals, work to set a plan, and provide tools to help you achieve the goals you set this year. Come with some fitness resolutions in mind and we will fill in the blanks together to help create a 2021 plan of action! This will be a Google Meets meeting. This means that we will have a virtual face to face discussion. After the presentation has been made, we invite you to turn on your camera and your microphone and participate with us in our group discussion. If you do not have a Gmail account, please join this meeting using a desktop or laptop computer. If you would like to join via mobile phone and you have a Gmail account, please make sure that you have the Google Meets app downloaded. If you would like to join via laptop/computer, but you do not receive an email an hour before the event starts inviting you to join, please check your spam/promotion/all mail folders. If at any point you run into problems, please email audrey@healthtree.org and we will try to help you troubleshoot and join our meeting! Thank you.
