Speakers & Moderators

Cynthia is a newborn ICU nurse by trade that has spent the last six years in the medical device industry educating nurses and doctors about devices that are new to their facility. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling the world with her family, and creating Halloween animatronics for her annual front yard display. She has a passion for life-long learning and enjoys sharing what she learns with the people around her.

Klajdi Sina, PT, DPT, OCS, OMPT is a dedicated physical therapist who discovered his passion for the field in 2010 during his undergraduate studies at Oakland University. Initially undecided between mechanical engineering, teaching, or a career in health care, Klajdi realized that physical therapy uniquely combined all three: problem-solving for individualized patient care, educating patients about their bodies and healing, and making a direct, positive impact on people’s lives. He earned his BS in Health Sciences with a minor in Exercise Science (2012), followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2015), advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT, 2018), and achieved Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS, 2020) status. Over the years, Klajdi has built extensive clinical experience, including seven years at an independent physical therapy clinic. Understanding the importance of mentorship, he now teaches at Oakland University, guiding both DPT students and practicing therapists pursuing advanced manual therapy training. He believes physical therapy is unique in its focus on movement as a healing modality while fostering meaningful patient relationships, allowing him to listen to each patient’s story and provide tailored guidance to improve their quality of life. At HealthQuest, Klajdi continues to provide expert care in spine and extremity health, orthopedic and sports injuries, running injury prevention, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He is a licensed physical therapist in Michigan, a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association, and a Credentialed Clinical Instructor. His specialties include manual therapy techniques for the spine, foundational movement training (FMT), and rehabilitation for throwing athletes (TARS), all aimed at helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
