Event Description

Yoga can help improve muscle strength and flexibility, balance, and mobility. If you've been curious about yoga, and want to learn from a fellow Multiple Myeloma warrior, Jeff Abram will be guiding us through a chair yoga practice. We will also have a brief Q&A where Jeff will answer your questions. He wants to help his fellow brothers and sisters who have this disease realize "this disease doesn’t have us".
