Can changing your diet and lifestyle truly transform your health? Is the whole-food plant-based diet a fad diet? Or is it really as life-changing as it seems? Join the Nutrition and Wellness for Myeloma Chapter to watch a live virtual screening of the Forks Over Knives documentary to find answers to these questions. Then join us for a Q&A with a clinical dietician and myelome medical professionals after the documentary is over. Come with healthy snacks and questions!
*Only the Q&A session will be recorded.
