The SparkCures Myeloma Clinical Trial Finder Becomes Even Better With New Updates

But first, I want to thank everyone for all the great feedback that you continue to share with us. We are listening and using your thoughts to make it even easier to find eligible clinical trials. Now, onto the updates!

Filter By Diagnosis

Our first big update is the addition of a new filter and sort bar at the top of each page. This allows you to filter every section of our site by a specific diagnosis. Our new treatment page provides a great example. Click on the links below to see all treatments in development by diagnosis. PatientConnect

At SparkCures, we often hear from people who are having a difficult time connecting with a trial. There are hospital phone mazes, unreturned voicemails, and out-dated contacts to struggle through. We've experienced this first-hand and have had to call centers for over a week before connecting with the correct person. These experiences are what lead us to launch our newest service: PatientConnect. Now when you are browsing our site, you’ll notice new tags and icons, like the ones below: When you see this, it means that we can help connect you with the right person at the treatment center. You can call our toll-free line at (888) 828-2208 or sign up to receive a call from our team. We'll coordinate a call between the study team and yourself - at a time that is convenient for you. And if it is an upcoming trial, you can sign up to receive alerts when it begins accepting patients.

Myeloma Treatment Center Directory

A directory of treatment centers has been our most requested feature at SparkCures. And after the recent Mayo Clinic study that showed patients live longer when seen by a myeloma specialist,  we wanted to make it as easy as possible to find myeloma experts. At first, we are launching this directory with a limited number of treatment centers. We have begun working with the study teams to provide you with more accurate matches. And each week, we will add more centers to the directory and more ways to sort them.
