Bike the Coast November 2, 2019: An Epic Cycling Event in Southern California

BIKE THE COAST - SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2019

Join us Saturday, November 2, as we Bike the Coast to raise funds for multiple myeloma research! This epic event will include a one-day ride that starts and finishes on the beach - at the spectacular venue of the Oceanside Pier. If you’re looking to take your family on an active family vacation or a unique bike tour, consider joining us in Oceanside for a ride that’s appropriate for all skill levels - from individuals to competitive groups to families.

This event is similar to our Ride with Richard this past June, with a few slight changes - we're joining Bike the Coast San Diego and all fundraising proceeds raised by our riders will be donated to the Myeloma Crowd Research Initiative.

HOW TO REGISTER

All levels and ages are welcome to experience the best of Southern California beaches and surf towns as you ride routes of 100, 50, 25, 15 or 7 miles on Highway 101.

HOW TO RAISE MONEY FOR MYELOMA

Once you register you will receive an email that says CLAIM YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE. This fundraising page is your ticket to fundraising for myeloma research! Open the link, set a goal to raise an "x" amount dollars, share your page with family and friends, and remember that every donation raised through your fundraising page goes directly to myeloma research. 

How to Access Your Fundraising Page:

1. Once you are registered, a CLAIM YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE email will be sent to you. Open this email and click the link provided.

2. This link will lead you to your personal fundraising page. Personalize your page and once ready, share your page with family and friends. Every donation earned on your page (no matter how large) will go directly to fund three myeloma research projects through the Myeloma Crowd Research Initiative.

3. How to share with family and friends: 

   • In the top, right corner of your fundraising page there will be an email, Facebook and Twitter icon. Click the icon you would like to share your page on and follow the steps as directed. 

   • Remember, the more we raise the farther we go in myeloma research! It's a chance to invite family and friends to help you make a difference.
