HealthTree Foundation’s in-person roundtable events combine expert presentations and support group breakout sessions for people living with myeloma and their caregivers.  

These meetings are a great opportunity to learn about the latest developments in diagnosis and treatment for myeloma as well as the experiences of others.   

The fee for each roundtable event is $25 and includes breakfast, lunch, and parking. If you are in need of financial assistance in order to attend, please reach out at 1-800-709-1113.

Nashville Roundtable: March 7, 2026

The first roundtable event of the year will take place March 07, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee at Hutton Hotel Downtown. 

You’ll hear from leading myeloma specialists on:

  • Bispecific antibodies
  • Targeted therapy 
  • First-line treatment decisions
  • CAR-T Therapy
  • Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and CELMoDs

You can join one of two breakout sessions: 

  1. Personalizing Your Plan: CAR T vs Transplant Eligibility, Timing, and Considerations with Dr. Minoo Battiwalla, MD,

  2. Understanding MRD: What Your Results Mean for Your Myeloma Care with Dr. Hans Lee, MD

Miami Roundtable: April 18, 2026

The second roundtable of the year will take place April 18, 2026, in Miami, Florida at InterContinental Miami. 

Our guest speakers will cover a variety of topics related to myeloma:

  • Management strategies for smoldering and newly diagnosed myeloma 
  • Minimal residual disease (MRD)
  • Treatment options and response
  • Immune system

There will be two separate breakout options to choose from: 

  1. Tracking MRD in the Blood: What It Tells Us and Why It Matters with Dr. Katie Thoren, PH.D

  2. Metabolic Health in Myeloma: The Role of Nutrition and Fasting in Clinical Outcomes with Dr. Abhishek Pandey, MD

Boston Roundtable: May 9, 2026

The third roundtable event of the year will take place May 09, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts at the Sheraton Boston Hotel.  

Meeting participants will hear from myeloma specialists who will cover: 

  • Prevention 
  • Standards of Care 
  • Quality of Life and Prevention 
  • Treatments for relapsed and refractory myeloma 
  • Sequencing therapies 

The breakout sessions to choose from at the Boston Roundtable are: 

  1. The Mastery of Management: Overcoming Side Effects and Boosting Immunity with Dr. Elizabeth O'Donnell, MD.

  2. Predicting the Future: Using Immune Markers to Stay One Step Ahead of Relapse with Dr. Tarek Mouhieddine, MD.
