Are myelodysplastic syndromes considered precancerous or cancer?

So that's why there is so much heterogeneity in terms of, you know, making the diagnosis and also the treatments, but MDS is a cancer. For MDS, you know, it's important for somebody when they have diagnosis to get more reliable information. If they have resources available to seek a second opinion at a center where they see more MDS patients.
