Dr. Lisa Sproat is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Consultant to the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2000, did her internship and residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA where she attained a certificate in primary care medicine as well and completed her Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. She also holds a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Sproat is actively involved in clinical research in her specialty of malignant hematology and stem cell transplant. Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Acute Myeloid and Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, Allogeneic and Autologous stem cell transplant are her areas of expertise. She is dedicated to taking comprehensive individualized care of each of her unique patients.
