What are some newer drug classes being studied to treat follicular lymphoma?

There are different, drug classes that are being used to treat follicular lymphoma.

There is a class of drug that's targeted that’s called, Bruton's tyrosine kinase or BTK inhibitors. We actually just had the first one approved in follicular lymphoma recently, that was previously used in active and other lymphomas, but it wasn't available in follicular.

So other, of those agents that, work in a little bit different way are being studied. There's something, targeted therapies called EZH2 inhibitors. We have one of those approved and there's others that have been evaluated. There's other bispecific antibodies. So the current bispecific antibodies we have approved target CD20. There's bispecific antibodies looking at targeting CD19.

Car-T products looking at different targets.

There's also different immunomodulator therapies that are being evaluated that are thought to be maybe a little bit different or stronger than the currently approved immunomodulator therapy, lenalidomide.
