Is there a cure for CMML?

So there is one cure for CMML, which is a bone marrow transplant.

Unfortunately, by the time patients are diagnosed with CMML, they may be too old to get a bone marrow transplant. They may have different problems like heart issues or kidney issues that prevent them from going for a bone marrow transplant.

And some patients might not even need a bone marrow transplant.

So if the only cure really right now is a bone marrow transplant for CMML, but hopefully in the future with new therapies that it can turn into more of a chronic disease and hopefully one day be cured.
