Are the side effects from TCR similar to CAR T? In our first study of NYISO TCRs, we didn't really see much in the way of cytokine release syndrome or neurologic toxicity. We did definitely see that the cells expanded and that they seemed to target the myeloma. I didn't think they were as prone to that kind of level of side effect and activation. But then in a recent study, which we did with Adaptimmune, a UK company, and then more recently GSK, we did see pretty significant cytokine release syndrome in concert with T cell activation. So yes, you can definitely see it with both. Because the TCR is using more physiological, normal biological signaling, whereas the CAR is a product of extensive synthetic biology and is potentially delivering a more potent signal to the T cells, it may be that the threshold in which we would see the CRS and the neurologic toxicity may be higher for TCRT than for CAR. So you may need more TCR T cells to see that same level of side effect that you see with the CAR because of some difference in potency or strength of stimulation of the T cell.
