What is T-cell receptor therapy? T-cell receptor therapy is a way of modulating the T-cell receptor in order to fight cancer. And typically what one does is that you modulate the T-cell to a specific cancer antigen or to a specific protein that's found on the surface of a myeloma cell. So one of those that we've been looking at is something called NY-ISO, which is what's called a cancer antigen and is found really on cancer cells but not on other cells. And if you modulate that T-cell receptor then you can target those specific receptors. Now T-cell receptor therapy has been investigated in multiple myeloma. The results have been encouraging but they don't seem to be as encouraging as chimeric antigen receptor therapy, which is a slightly different form of T-cell receptor therapy.
