Is there an advantage to using a TCR over a CAR T? The CAR is again limited to what you can find on the cell surface of the myeloma cell that's unique to the myeloma, whereas the TCRs potentially can recognize a wider range of antigens. We've seen in the experimental phase very dramatic responses with the TCR teeth. Two patients had almost complete elimination of their myeloma. Unfortunately they were not long-lasting responses and that's also a problem with the CARs for myeloma is that the responses are not as long-lasting as we'd like them to be. They definitely can do the job. In both cases, whether using a CAR that recognizes a surface antigen or surface molecule or the TCR that's recognizing an internal antigen or marker that's expressed on the cell surface through this HLA complex, you have to make sure that the myeloma has the relevant target. In the case of the BCMA CARs, most myelomas do. In the case of the TCRs, including the NYISO TCRs, not all myeloma cells, not all myeloma cases will have that. So you have to be, that requires a little bit more selectivity.
