My name is Timothy Voorhees. I'm a lymphoma physician from The Ohio State University. At ASH this year, we presented on patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. One of the things we wanted to look at is a real world data set of patients who progress or the disease progresses after our most active agents. Most active agents are Brintux and Mavodotin and anti-PD-1 therapies like Nivolumab or Pemberlyzumab. These are a hard group of patients to study and so we used our real world analysis by collecting data from 14 US academic centers to really inform our practice in a place where our clinical trial probably would not be able to get, garner that data. So what we found was that patients with refractory Hodgkin lymphoma to both Brintux and Mavodotin and an anti-PD-1 therapy actually still live a very long time and that's because of a number of therapies that we can use to still control the disease. The other findings that we found were that you can actually re-challenge with Brintux and Mavodotin or an anti-PD-1 therapy in the setting of that treatment not working in the past and for those patients, those patients did respond in about 60% of the cases and about a third of the patients did achieve a complete remission. Additionally, we looked at what therapies really impacted long-term survival for patients and therapies like Allogeneic stem cell transplant where you receive an immune system from another person were highly associated with improved survival in patients that had progressed after both of these therapies and so those were some of the findings we found and presented at ASH this year. you
