In order to best understand patient response, researchers need to understand who patients are. By filling out this 10-question, 3-minute demographic survey, you can aid researchers in answering key questions such as: do certain races or ethnicities respond differently to a specific treatment than others? Does marital status or city of origin influence disease progression? How does environmental impact or military service affect diagnosis?
