What a 3-Month PET-CT Can Predict About CAR-T Outcomes in Multiple Myeloma | IMS 2026
Description
Esteban Tamariz-Amador, MD, of Clínica Universidad de Navarra discusses how PET-CT scans can help predict outcomes after CAR-T at IMS 2026 in Glasgow. Drawing on about 75 CAR-T patients treated in Spain and Italy, he explains why disease outside the bone marrow and higher disease volume signal a tougher road, and why the three-month scan is more informative than the one-month scan. He also describes when a bispecific antibody may be a better fit.
