What is the typical life expectancy for someone with CMML?
There's a very wide range of, prognosis with CMML. And this all comes down to exactly what type of CMML someone has.
People who have more high risk CMML, unfortunately, have a survival that is on the order of a year or two years. Someone who has very low risk CMML may be able to live with this disease for their entire life and end up, you know, dying from something completely unrelated.
So it all depends on a lot of these different prognostic features.
Every person is different, and even if someone has high risk, CMML doesn't mean that they're destined to pass away in a year or two. And even some people who have low risk CMML may... their disease may progress and cause more complications than predicted.
So even if we have some ability to predict some outcomes, it's no by no mean a crystal ball.
