My name is Dr. Ryan Jacobs. I'm the director of lymphoma at Levine Cancer Institute, part of Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have a few abstracts that I'm presenting today at the poster session for the EHA 2024 conference. I wanted to highlight follicular lymphoma. This is a phase one study that is reporting additional patient data with a drug that I actually gave the first inhuman dose of several years ago. It is a compound that's now labeled AZ486. It is a bispecific antibody that is an antibody that has two different targets as opposed to the monoclonal antibodies like rituximab that we've used for years. This is part of a new wave of technology that patients are getting opportunities to be treated with which are bispecific antibodies that have the target that hits the malignant cell but also has the engager to the T cell. These are also called T cell engagers. This is a novel compound that hits the cancer at the CD19 target. This is a follicular lymphoma patient cohort that I'm reporting on. It also has the CD3 connector that engages the T cell. I actually had an oral presentation on this subject at EHA in 2023. This year we're presenting additional updated data with more patients having been enrolled. Now we have 29 patients of data to report. At doses that are above a certain level where we feel like the efficacy is starting to show, which again 29 patients with doses at 0.8 milligrams or above, we're showing really excellent response rates of over 90% and 80% close to complete remission rates which is really remarkable in a follicular lymphoma patient population that is getting a phase 1 treatment because generally patients that are going on phase 1 studies like this have seen numerous prior lines of therapies and maybe don't have a lot of other good options available outside of a clinical trial. So to have responses, this remarkable is truly encouraging and I'm happy to present the updated data. With this encouraging data, we are moving forward with phase 2 development of this exciting treatment. Thank you.
