ENDURANCE Trial: Can Myeloma Patients Stop Revlimid Maintenance After 2 Years? | IMS 2026
Description
Sagar Lonial, MD, of Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University discusses the ENDURANCE trial comparing VRd and KRd and the duration of Revlimid (lenalidomide) maintenance at IMS 2026 in Glasgow. The trial found no difference between VRd and KRd for standard-risk patients, and two years of maintenance did as well as indefinite maintenance. He explains how these results fit today's four-drug treatments, why he favors MRD-guided discussions about stopping, and why patients should talk with their doctor.
