I am a hematologist trained in the treatment of patients with hematological malignancies as well as blood and marrow transplantation. I received my undergraduate training at Texas Tech University and attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Following this, I completed my training in Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, and Blood and Marrow Transplantation at Washington University in St. Louis. I am currently a Professor of Internal Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center, a member of the Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies Program, and the Leukemia Research Program of the OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center.
