How common is CLL?

Chronically lymphocytic leukemia is actually the most common adult leukemia in the Western Country it is a blood disease characterized by the increase of a specific subtype of white blood cells called lymphocytes and among the lymphocytes those increasing are B cells that in normal individuals are the cells able to produce antibodies these cells can acquire aberrations and develop clonal Evolution so all cells belong to the same clone and they become detectable in the peripheral blood as leukemic cells
