“I have been on pirtobrutinib for 7 months. This is my 3rd treatment. Within 2 weeks, my lymph nodes in my neck were not noticeable. I simply take 2 tablets every afternoon. The main side effect is constipation which is managed with MiraLax.  I do have some thinning of hair and brittle nails. I will continue on this until it stops working.” -Anonymous CLL patient 

A CLL patient named Shelly, who took zanubrutinib, shared the following: 

“In my first month, I developed petechia and then mouth sores. After six months, my biggest issue is constipation. I have upped my water and fiber intake daily, and I’m managing much better.”
