Virginia Broudy, M.D., is a board certified hematology oncologist and chief of Medicine at Harborview Medical Center. She is also vice chair of UW Medicine and the UW's Scripps Endowed Professor of Hematology.

Dr. Broudy enjoys taking care of a diverse group of patients and understanding their values and goals. She likes to include family members and partners in the patient's care.

Dr. Broudy earned her M.D. from UC San Francisco. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. She is a past president of the Western Association of Physicians. She served on the Board of Trustees of the Puget Sound Blood Center and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Kidney Centers. She won the Paul Beeson Award and the Marvin Turck Award for excellence in clinical care and teaching.
