Recipes for CLL Patients: Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie image

Raspberries and strawberries are not only delicious but also packed with health benefits. Raspberries are high in fiber, vitamin C, manganese, B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and potassium. Strawberries are a great source of magnesium, phosphorous, calcium, potassium, fiber, folate, and vitamin K. Both berries are also high in antioxidants which help boost cancer-killing immune system cells by reducing excess oxidative stress. Yogurt is a good source of protein and probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that support digestive health. Honey is a natural sweetener that can boost the immune system and has antibacterial properties. Try the below refreshing and nutritious strawberry raspberry smoothie to gain these health benefits.
