This workbook was designed to help patients and caregivers find answers and resources without having to spend countless hours or days searching for information or help.

This toolkit will provide general information by subject matter as well as additional links to answer many of the tough questions you may have. This guide is presented in a mostly question and answer format to make exploring it simple so you can find the answers that are most important to you.

This toolkit is not intended to be an all-inclusive financial resource guide. This is because your financial situation depends on many things, including the type of insurance you have and the treatment you receive.

Note: Except for the Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance, and Financial Assistance Programs, the financial information is inclusive to all blood cancers.
