Hi Everyone I'm a newbie here and wondering if anyone knows what my lab results mean= IgA lambda band visible =9.2g/linc Betaglobulin region IgG Kappa paraprotein visible =3.0g/l Not sure what all this means on a Protein Electrophoresis Lab Test? Thank you in advance for any help/advice on understanding these lab results.

I was wondering about anyone had cataract surgery and their feedbacks. I was diagnosed with MM in January 2024 and went through induction treatment of DVD. I did not have ASCT and now on maintenance care of revlimid 5mg 21days and monthly injection of Darzalex. My oncologist recommend I stop revlimid 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after surgery. My myeloma specialist at UCSF said that is not necessary. I appreciate your feedbacks.

What treatment were you on and for how long before maintenance if not doing an SCT (postponing)? I am continuing with DVR-d, I collected stem cells for future use if needed.

Has anyone from this group received Cart T ? If so please share your experience . I’ve been reading about the promising results of many but am wondering how the non secretory group have been doing . Thanks in advance !

I began treatment for MM June 10, 2025. I am receiving Sarclisa infusion and I am prescribed Revlimid. I am considered not eligible for stem cell translant. My hemoglobin is below 10. This week’s infusion was cancelled because my infection fighting neutrophils are too low. I am completely void in mood, no ambition, interest, or desire. Even the things I used to enjoy do not interest me. I am discouraged and isolated. Is my void mood common in MM and low hemoglobin?
