Managing Revlimid Afib and Dex Crash?
AI-generated title
has anyone developed Afib or other arrhythmias from long term Revlimid use? I tolerate treatment pretty well except for more frequent episodes of Afib and the dreaded Dex crash about 48 hrs after I take it.

Experiencing AFib on Revlimid?
AI-generated title
I had an ASCT in 2017 and did well after - maintenance with Revlimid until March 2020. Anticipating COVID hitting the US my oncologist and I decided to take a break since my M-spike was low and stable. Started treatment again in January of this year since M-spike was starting to rise. Currently doing DaraFastPro and Revlimid (10 mg 14/7) with 20mg Dex on Dara injection days. My biggest concern is the effects of long term Revlimid on my heart. I had AFIB when I was in the hospital for my ASCT and subsequently had 2-3 episodes a year. These episodes were basically "self inflicted" if I got dehydrated and tired. Since starting treatment again in January AFIB episodes have become more frequent. Would like to hear if anyone has had similar experiences and if the episodes became less frequent once Revlimid was stopped. My cardiologist is not concerned at this point and my oncologist doesn't think it's related to treatment but info on long term Revlimid use indicates arrhythmias can occur.

From Secretory to Non-Secretory: Anyone Else?
AI-generated title
I was diagnosed in 2017, SCT in 2018 all the while having secretory myeloma. In May of 2022, I had a bone marrow biopsy which was normal. In June I had my first CT Pet and it revealed active cancer in one of my ribs. My doctor informed me that my myeloma has become non secretory. Recently I have had a clean CT-Pet and normal light chains; however, I'm concerned about this new status. Have any of you gone from Secretory to Non and do we know is it possible to go the other way?

Understanding M Spike, IgA, & Light Chains
AI-generated title
How do you test for M spike? I asked my Oncologist and he said it’s the monoclonal protein and mine is the IgA. But the IgA has reference value and of course mine was high and goes to normal if medication is working. If it does not work IgA goes up and so is the kappa light chain and ratio.
