Cost of Darzalex Fastpro increased?
There have been some changes in my Medicaid this year and my co-pay has increased. Digging into my hospital billing I discovered that the charge for the monthly dose of Darzalex has increased by 75% ! I can’t seem to get an explanation from them after almost 2 months. Anyone else notice or experiencing a cost increase in this ? I’m on maintenance and doing well but this is stressing me quite a bit. Thank you and best wishes for Wellbeing 🙏

Next Step?
Hello Everyone. last Aug. 2025, was diagnosed with a solitary Plasmacytoma in the L2. Radiation treatment only reduced the lesion by 20% and the medical team wants to attack this one spot systemically with chemo/immunotheopy for the next year. Does anyone know of a successful, next step in treating a radiation resistant solitary Plasmacytoma? ( before its possibly becomes multiple myeloma or vertebrae collapses)

Remote monitoring devices for CAR T or Bispecifics
Hi everyone, has anyone used remote monitoring devices for CAR T or bispecifics? If so, do you know what company was used? Or what facility you are receiving care from? I'm curious to know if that was a good experience for you. Did it connect into your EHR? Did it connect with your care team? Interested in hearing from you.

Starting treatment next week.
Hello all, I am newly diagnosed (SMM since 10/2020) and will be on Dara, Velcade and Dex. I am starting treatment because I have osteoporosis and have multiple spine fractures (no lesions). I am leary about starting biphosphinates and even more terrified about starting treatment since I am very thin (undernourished) weighing 103 at 5'8". I am prone to nausea and worried it will make my back fractures worse. I am currently using a walker because I have a difficult time sustaining my core. Anyone has anything similar? I am very nervous about getting started.
