Coping with Pomalyst: Flu & Brain Fog?
AI-generated title
HI Everyone! Anyone on the treatment course of POM/DARA/DEX. I am on round 1 day 20. The side effects I believe are the POM. It makes me feel like I have the flu and a lot of confusion and cloudiness and weakness. I was on Revlimid for induction and after SCT and had no real issues other than being tired sometimes. Anyone else have issues with POM?

Managing Darzalex Sinus and Injection Site Pain?
AI-generated title
I have been on Darzalex fastpro injections and Pomalyst pills since May. Soon after starting both I developed Dry Sinuses with a crustation in the sinus cavity per a scope down my nasal passage. Current treatments from ENT not working so wondering if this is a side effect of the above meds and if so has anyone else had it and found a solutions. Also my stomach after so many shots is developing scar tissue and getting more painful. Has anyone else dealt with that and have any remedies? (castor oil packs?? stomach massage??) Thanks for any input.

Navigating Medicare Part D for Revlimid Coverage?
AI-generated title
Hello all. Does Medicare Part D usually cover Revlimid? Should we be looking for a specific Part D plan? Right now we have very good commercial insurance that fully covers it, but we will be going on Medicare with a gap plan starting in July 2024. Thank you for any suggestions you may have. We're new to Medicare.

Seeking Teclistamab Success Stories
AI-generated title
I have been on this journey since May 2021. 3 stem cells and multiple treatments. I’ve been in remission and been MRD several times. Just can’t seem to find the right Combination. I just started Teclistamab in June and it’s had reduced all my tumors and put me MRD negative I need to connect to those who have been on the trails for Teclistamab and have good results. I need some encouragement. Last year was rough. I’m at UAMS in Litlle Rock. Help is needed.

Newly Diagnosed SMM at 42 - Anyone Else?
AI-generated title
Hi all, diagnosed earlier this year with SMM at 42. Learning as much as I can about the journey I am now on and trying to not think about the potential outcomes. Glad to have these resources to rely on. Looking for others dealing with this at a younger age.

Planning for SCT: Timeline & What to Expect
AI-generated title
My husband was dxd in August and is just finishing cycle 3 of induction therapy at Mayo Clinic in AZ. They told us he would do 4-6 cycles before SCT. Markers have been moving in the right direction. Our 3 visit with hematologist is next week. At what point should we press for a more definitive timeline in terms of scheduling the transplant? At last visit, we were told we were looking at January 2024 most likely but it seems like this is somewhat flexible….or is it.? How close an analysis is done that may cause him to need a full 6 cycles of induction therapy? Can anyone tell me even more specific questions to ask hematologist at this point? For SCT, he will be transferred to a completely different medical team. We live close to clinic and are told SCT will be done outpatient. How challenging will it be for me as the caregiver?
