MGRS (I know it’s not MM, but it’s treated like MM)
OK, long story short, I was diagnosed with MGRS in 2021. Had a ACST and have been on maintenance since (Velcade and Darzalex). Went to the doctor today and he recommended CAR-T. Heard a lot about CAR-T for MM, but never for MGRS. I was wondering if ANYONE else has gone through this therapy or have heard of an MGRS patient having this done. All responses would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

How does everyone deal with the fatigue?
I'm 35 male who was diagnosed on 7/5/2025. Had ASCT on 3/16 and still battling fatigue. I seem fine on days when I'm out and about and doing stuff but when trying to work my office job from home will notice I will randomly fall asleep which obviously isn't ideal to maintain a job haha. Curious if this is what I can expect for the rest of my life or gets better. Currently on a break from all treatment but will start back on 7/14 with Dara/Rev. Dread that adding to the fatigue as well.

Balancing Kaiser and VA Care: Anyone Else?
AI-generated title
I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente for years and have elected to receive my oncology care there. However, there are some definite financial advantages to also have a relationship with the VA so I have a PCP and a relationship with oncologists in both places. Does anyone else find themselves in a similar situation?

MM TP 53 (del 17)
My husband was diagnosed with MM TP53 (del 17) in March 2025. The MM also deleted other chromosomes. He was on Velcade from April 2025 - November 2025 and was taken off it because of the acute pneumonitis it caused. He was in the hospital every month with acute pneumonitis. In November, my husband had pneumonia and the Oncologist stopped Velcade. The Oncologist tried Revlimid, but my husband had a severe reaction to it and the the Oncologist stopped it. Since March 2025, my husband has been on Darzalex and seems to tolerate it. He has received chemo treatments for 15 months and his Oncologist ordered 5 more months of Darzalex. The Oncologist explained that a stem cell transplant was not possible because of the kidney damage caused by his MM. He had healthy kidneys until March 2025. He is now in Stage 4 renal disease. Do you know of foods which fight TP 53 (del 17)?

ANNUAL PETSCANS and BLOOD WORK
Does anyone know if there is financial assistance with payments for bloodwork (every 3 months) and the balance for the Annual PET SCANS? My insurance covers quite a chunk for both, however, as we all know it is still a pretty large balance owed for these processes. I am okay with my prescriptions for now as my current insurance covers majority of this. Any knowledge on this will help. Thank you Jeannie
