Liposuction, anyone?

I'm a little embarassed to ask about this, but I am unhappy with the fat redistribution that has happened on my body as a result of all the dexamethasone I had to take earlier in my MM treatment, and I'm just wondering if anybody out there with MM has had liposuction after diagnosis and remission and if so how it went? Thanks!

Revlimid/Lenalidomide maintenance

Hi all, diagnosed at 58 had ASCT in early 2020. Have been on maintenance since-roughly 6 years. Am not “definitively MRD negative “. Curious has anyone been on lenalidomide maintenance much longer than me? Have you had any noticeable side effects from long term treatment? I am currently having no real issues (that I know of)with the med but am starting to question whether I should continue or consider a lower dosage. There doesn’t seem to be any long term studies on long term usage. Thank you in advance
