Where is acute lymphocytic leukemia located in my body?

Where is acute lymphocytic leukemia located in my body.

It's one of the most common questions I get, especially at a new diagnosis.

And that's because most people have a friend

or a family member that's been diagnosed with

something like breast cancer or lung cancer.

Those are much more prevalent cancers in our mind.

That's how we think about cancer.

We think of, has it spread from here to here?

Because in solid tumors and those type of cancers,

that has real implications on if you can be cured.

And so that's why it's so built in to everyone in our diseases.

There everywhere to begin with.

So these are diseases of white blood cells, white We are not making normal

white blood cells. We're making blood cancer cells.

And what that means is they're everywhere.

A white blood cell would be everywhere in your body to begin with.

The good news is that doesn't matter to me.

No matter where they are.

We're our goal is to cure them and get rid of all of them.

And for every patient I meet, my plan is cure.
