Roshini George, DO, specializes in oncology/hematology. In addition to seeing patients at Summit Health, she participates in clinical studies in breast cancer and blood disorders. Her area of specific interest is in the treatment of breast and gynecologic cancers. Dr. George was trained in oncology and hematology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Her prior academic work experience includes being an instructor at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where she focused on the treatment of breast cancer. She was also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan Department of Oncology and Hematology. Dr. George’s awards include the Amgen Research Fellow and the Mayo Clinic Hematology/Oncology Reviews Fellows Award. "In my practice, my goal is to provide patients with the best possible care and focus on treating the individual patient and not just the disease," says Dr. George. When she is not working with patients, Dr. George enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, travelling and gardening.
