Good morning. I am trying to up my nutrition (protein) to increase my bone health. I take calcium supplements with D3. I eat fish several times a week. Any thoughts on added protein through Whey powder? Anyone tried it?

I was diagnosed with MM in 2019. Treated with dara, revlimid, and dex until my MM specialist took me off revlimid and dex. Side effects of constipation, insonmia, and low energy all improved, except neuropathy. Found on tne web that the supplement alpha lipoic acid would help neuropathy. It got rid of my pain but not the numbness. My numbness has increased a little each year, effecting my balance so severely that I have to use a walker. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone been treated with a bispecific for myeloma , reached MRD- and then had a discussion with their doctor about bi-weekly vs monthly maintenance?

Sauna use. My wife and I used to enjoy our home traditional sauna and have been using it for years. My wife was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma and is going through induction treatment. I am hoping she could enjoy it again after the Myeloma is in remission. When we asked my wife’s Myeloma specialist if it was ok for her to use it he did not give us a clear answer. I am looking for feedback from other Myeloma patients and what did their doctors tell them? Thanks
